NoNo and Kate began serving in Mexico in 1999 and founded Isaiah 55 Ministries in Reynosa in 2005. Nono served as the Executive Director of Isaiah 55 Ministries for 20 years before retiring in 2025. Under their leadership, Isaiah 55 founded Instituto Isaías 55 School for the Deaf, began the Aquiles outreach ministries, and hosted a wealth of volunteer work teams, leaving a lasting legacy in Reynosa.

NoNo and Kate came to the field from Montgomery, AL and Trinity Presbyterian Church. They have two married children and five grandchildren. Kate loves riding and caring for horses as well as cooking. NoNo is a pilot who enjoys flying small aircraft in his retirement. Alongside his daughter and grandchildren, he also raises sheep.
